When you’re a sibling of the Alpha Delta Phi Society, your Greek experience doesn’t have to end after you graduate. ADPS siblinghood is lifelong, and we believe the bonds you form in college can strengthen and grow long after you leave your alma mater.
Graduate Chapters
Every Chapter of the Alpha Delta Phi Society has a corresponding Graduate Chapter, where all alumni of the Undergraduate Chapter can continue to meet and hang out. Each Grad Chapter is different just as each Undergrad Chapter is different, reflecting the diverse membership and goals that brought the Undergrad Chapter together in the first place.
The Grad Chapters also help support the Undergrad Chapters, lending institutional wisdom, communicating with the College or University where the Chapter is located, and the occasional dollar to afford a pizza party.
Graduate Chapters also assist in growing a professional network. This means helping undergrads and grads alike land internships, co-ops, and full-time jobs. Our extensive network of graduates includes alumni in fields from STEM to the arts and everything in between.
Annual Convention
Every year, the entirety of the Alpha Delta Phi Society is invited to our Convention and Leadership Training Conference. This is a weekend-long event where every Chapter comes together to discuss business affecting the Society National. Every year it’s hosted by a different chapter from all over the country.
However, the business of Convention only lasts until 5pm. After that, we get to hang out and make memories. There’s a banquet every year, where we dress up just for the joy of being fancy and we eat while we watch siblings win awards. (Food allergies always accommodated!)
There are always other social events such as Dave & Busters trips, trivia nights, and knitting circles. Alumni and students of the host school show siblings the fun local stores and bars and any other hidden gems a city might have. Siblings of all ages get to network and hang out and just enjoy each other’s company.
Alumni Literary Competition
Our annual literary competition is not just for undergraduates! Alumni members can still submit original literary compositions in categories including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and photography. The winners of these competitions have donations made in their name to the literary, arts, or educational charity of their choice.
